Born and raised in Lake City, Doug Wallerich has brought his company home.
Building homes for over 15 years, Doug and RDS Builders have earned a
reputation for creating distinctive, individualized homes. By forming a
close relationship with each customer, Doug is able to personalize each home
to reflect your vision and add your special signature touch.

In 1994, Doug created the Oakridge Development Company with partner John Larson of Burnsville MN. Together they developed the Eaglewood Estates
subdivision in Lake City. In 1996, Doug founded the Mississippi Jewel Land
Development Company, then partnered with ten investors and in the last few
years has watched The Jewel grow to be one of the upper Midwest's premier
developments.

She works with the clients to stay close to their budget and sees them through their building project until everything is complete.
